L'ambassadeur de l'Union Européenne à Dakar a fait ses adieux au Président Macky SALL.
Au terme d'une mission de quatre ans, Irène Mingasson quitte le Sénégal avec le sentiment du devoir accompli pour avoir contribué au renforcement des liens d'amitié et de coopération entre le Sénégal et l'Union Européenne.
A cet effet, elle a été faite commandeur dans l'ordre national du lion par le Chef de l'Etat.
